- Superintendents and Supervisors are responsible for maintaining safe workingconditions and practices and are also responsible for the safety of all employeesunder their supervision.
- No operation shall be undertaken or continued when there is an imminent hazard toany employee that cannot be either controlled or contained such that the hazard isas low as reasonably practical (ALARP).
- Employees shall immediately report any unsafe or hazardous working condition, orspill of a hazardous substance, and shall have the authority to cease any operationwhich poses an immediate serious threat of injury.
